MCFD 2026 invites you to submit a printed poster and participate in the Student Poster Session. CNS Student membership is required to participate in the Student Poster Competition. Memberships are free for Canadian Students.
Student Poster Guidelines
Poster Submission Criteria:
- Printed posters should be 3′ Height x 4′ Length (Please print the poster andbring it with you)
- Submissions must be a PDF file format
Deadline to Register: September 1st, 2026
- Register to participate in the poster session at the bottom of this page.
- Final poster submission is due 1 week before the event.

- Visual Elements: Incorporating visual elements such as images, graphs, charts, and diagrams into the poster is encouraged.
- Author Information: Include detailed information for all presenters, including names, affiliations, contact information, and any disclosures or acknowledgments.
- Ethical Considerations: Presenters are expected to adhere to ethical standards in research and publishing, including proper attribution of sources, adherence to copyright laws, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.
